The Sales Detective is intentionally a 1-person operation, run by Justin Ross. No bait and switch. No outsourcing to junior associates. The person investigating your GTM challenges is the same one building your solutions.


I bring a rare combination: 20+ years closing enterprise deals plus hands-on GTM engineering expertise (including deep Clay proficiency). Most people excel at either selling or building systems. I've mastered both, which means I build what actually works, not what looks good in theory. My approach blends AI mastery, prompt engineering, creative problem-solving, and detective-level investigation with message-market fit experimentation.


I work with a maximum of 5 clients at a time. While most consultancies give you 30-minute bi-weekly check-ins with someone who barely knows your business, you get high-touch partnership from someone deeply invested in cracking your specific case.
